剧情：
黑社会杀手韦一鸣替帮会老大鎗杀出卖他的下属，该人有女鸣雪鸣要到美国躲避，走前嘱女友雪慧抚养雪。十四年后鸣返香港，帮会已被庞老二所控制，老大之子阿杰与老二之子阿宗不和，常互相厮杀。宗捉杰，鸣偕友阿泰往救，与老二反目。鸣负伤回家，雪向鸣示爱，鸣逼得说出自己实为其杀父仇人。雪愤而自杀被救，知道了鸣和慧的关系，她鼓励二人再续前缘。自己则与Stephen成为情侣。杰杀宗报仇，老大与杰分别匿藏，惟老大被下属滔出卖致被杀。老二假意到灵堂拜祭，鸣早有准备，老二终被杀。鸣与杰，泰及慧本欲立即离开香港，惟鸣想到滔为出卖老大之人，遂折返杀滔。因见滔幼子在旁，鸣分心忆起杀雪父情景，被滔枪伤，二人结果同归于尽，留下慧孑然一身。
